H-mart isn't really cheaper than the other Asian markets. It is easier to get to if you don't have a car, because it's just a block of the 69th St. subway stop. It has a food court upstairs, which makes for a fun trip. And it has a MUCH better selection or produce, which is why I think it's a winner. There are two brands of sweet soy sauce I usually buy: Kwong Hung Seng (or dragon fly brand, with the blue label) and ABC, which is an Indonesian Brand. The ABC brand is an actual sweet soy, and some sweeter than the dragonfly, which is considered a "black" soy sauce. DragonFly brand does not have preservatives, so you should store it in your fridge. I bought Healthy Boy brand this last trip, so I'll give that a try. I'm not sure about the ingredients in either ABC or Healthy Boy. BUT if you can't find one you like, you can make your own:

You can use this recipe, or for emergency's mix brown sugar with soy sauce! http://www.whats4eats.com/sauces/kecap-manis-recipe

Friends of mine have been disapointed in some of Jack's meals recently, particularly with overcooked (beef) burgers. I have enjoyed Sabrina's, but have ordered sandwiches instead of breakfast foods. I really like their sweet potato fries.
