My awesome roommate Dr. Lee made this suberb shepard’s pie last week for house dinner. I can hardly talk about how good it was, it was that good. Morningstar crumbles and peas and and tomato paste and red peppers and corn and multiple kinds of hot sauce and a mashed yukon potato/sweet potato crust. And then he went away for the weekend and left me all the leftovers. Oh man. I am a lucky girl.
